Klarinettenspiel

Clarinet Wind Instruments

Our educational goal is to combine tradition and modernity in the best possible way in order to prepare students for the realities of the current job market. This is done under the guidance of leading teachers, recognized orchestral musicians and renowned soloists who bring their extensive experience to the teaching.

Training broad, practical, individual

In addition to regular main subject studies and correpetition, the work in the college symphony orchestra as well as chamber music, early and new music belong to the main focus points of the studies. This guarantees a broadly diversified and individual training.

Ensemble projects with other musicians of the university and work in the university orchestras or the bigband provide important practical experience. The corresponding stage practice guarantees regular podium concerts.

Ensembles

Depending on personal goals, you can choose between an artistic and an artistic-pedagogical study program. In the artistic courses of study, it is possible to take the high or bass clarinet as a secondary instrument.
